How do you achieve results?
Our courses are designed to help professional people to learn in an enjoyable productive way. We don't think anyone can learn effectively if they're bored. We also believe people learn most from doing not listening, so our courses are highly practical.

- Create a supportive environment
Pre-course work
We want to know about the participants in advance to make sure the course meets their needs. So we ask all participants to complete a pre-course questionnaire about their objectives and to send us a sample of their writing.
Post-course work
We ask participants to complete an evaluation form to assess whether the course has acheived their objectives.
Optional: At the end of the course, participants create a personal action plan, focusing on how they will apply their new skills and techniques to their own work. We post this to them a month later, as a reminder of their goals.
Who are your trainers?
Our small team of trainers are professional writers and editors with many years' experience. We are all enthusiastic about writing and enjoy sharing our knowledge and 'tricks of the trade'. We are also very experienced in designing and delivering training for the private and public sectors, and also for the media.
