Drafting Workshop for Solicitors

This two-hour session is tailor-made to meet the specific needs of participants. It might be used to create template letters or to help one or two fee-earners to hone their writing skills. We carry out a detailed needs analysis and request that samples of letters/memos are submitted in advance

• Identify best practice (content, structure, language, layout)
• Assess before and after versions of a legal letter
• Complete an objectives template
• Analyse legal letters – practice
• Original letter writing, based on authentic material provided by the participant.
