Drafting in Clear English for Solicitors
People often criticise lawyers for insisting on jargon and using six words when one will do – and for not explaining things clearly. Using clear (or plain) English can strengthen a firm’s reputation . . .

On this highly interactive course, participants learn how to apply the principles and practice of using clear English in writing letters and memos (using authentic materials).
